Havasu Falls will hold our sites for us until early Feb 2018 and then release the unbooked sites. You can begin making reservations immediately. A deposit will depend upon the type of membership (if any i.e. Good Sam, Coast to Coast, RPI etc). You might want to inquire about the weekly rate vs daily rate. (if you want to add nights prior to or after the rally I plan to be there from April 8 to 15th2018). Please note here I have not identified any pricing here as there are several programs that offer discounts. Please enquire with Denise Kimpe for clear details on pricing.
Cancellations incur a loss equal to one-half of the deposit when cancelled at least 15 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations incur a loss of the entire deposit when cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date.
Be sure to mention the SOITC Western Region Rally when making your reservations. We are looking forward to a wonderful rally. More details will follow as they are finalized.

- · Sunshine RV will have several 2018 DRV units for viewing at Havasu Falls RV Resort they will rotate them out every other day
- · Sunshine RV will be providing door prizes and raffle tickets throughout our rally and awards will be on Saturday after the dinner at Sunshine RV

8:00-5:00 Off road rentals vehicles - go to Topock have lunch there and return. Will have a lead and rear ATV with radios in case we need assistance by Sunshine RV.

You will need to make your reservation soon and you must identify as SOITC rally, and pay a holding charge. Then we will need to arrive approx. 8:00 to complete all the documents for the rentals.

Ok now at the end of the run we all go to the Porters house (Paul and Susan) for margaritas and quesadillas!!! Paul and Susan are SOITC members and live locally in Havasu.
